How many days should I wait for new certificate?

Hello everyone,
Due to many try and error on AWS I installed SSL for my domain on the CE2 but forced to terminate them due to many issues
Now I ran a new AWS server and I want to install lets encrypt and it comes up with :

An unexpected error occurred:
There were too many requests of a given type :: Error creating new order :: too many certificates already issued for exact set of domains: mydomain.com: see https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/

My question is that how many days do I need to wait to have right to request a new certificate?

as far as I see it looks it is up to a week. but do they mean a week from the day that the certificate could not be issued ?
What can I do to pass it. I really need this certificate. Every time I installed it something was not working and I reinstalled it until this issue happened.

Thanks

https://tools.letsdebug.net/cert-search will give you the date when the limit will lift.

In the meantime, you can use the staging environment to continue testing and get things right before getting another production certificate issued.

If the Let's Encrypt certificate is so critical, you might want to read the documentation of a service before you start trying and erroring.
