How Lets encrypt work for intranet, without domain internet?

I am using Red Hat 6.0.
I need create certificate for a url in intranet (e.g. http://10.xx.xx.x/yyyy)

How to proceed it?

Let's Encrypt can only issue certificates for publicly accessible domain names. Not IP addresses and not intranet domains/addresses.

As @cpu mentioned, you can’t get LE certificate for that. You could instead use a self-signed certificate though. You can create one in one click at ZeroSSL for example with Self-Signed Certificate Generator. IP addresses, URI and email would be accepted there.
