Hit the rate limit 20 perweek

Hi.
I tried for one of my hosts and domains (susc.ir) to get letsencrypt certificate.
and after many tries, finally the host support changed my host plan from solidcp to plesk.
and the issue gone but this error show up after newly try in plest control panel :frowning:
Could not issue a Let’s Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate for susc.ir .

The “Certificates per Registered Domain” rate limit has been exceeded for susc.ir . Let’s Encrypt allows no more than 20 certificates to be issued per registered domain, per week.
See the related Knowledge Base article for details.

how can i refresh my rate ? is it possible ?
its too important for me.
thanks alot.

Sadly... It's not possible to refresh your rate.

If there is this error, it means the certificate are issued successfully but the hosting provider might have issue install it.

Since all 20 certificates are issued between 11/15 - 11/16, you'll need to wait until 11/22 to request another certificate from let's encrypt.

Thank you

Hi @4rm4n

why do you want additional certificates? You have 5 certificates created. So use one of these 60 - 80 days. Then create the next.

A quick ping to say that the certificates per registered domain rate limit was increased to 50/week. I see that Plesk has made a note of that in their documentation here https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000068105

But it doesn’t look like their error message has been updated.

Thanks so much for using Let’s Encrypt!
