Help me SSL certificate in Pardot with CAA)

Hello.
I am trying to make https connection with Pardot, Salesforce.

As following this link,
https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=pardot_admin_tracker_domain_ssl_enable.htm&type=5
I did add certificate authority authorization (CAA) records to letsencrypt.org, but I could not enable SSL certificate in Pardot.

I have heard a potential cause is my domain is in the black list of letsencrypt.org.
But I am not really sure of it.

So would you please teach me how to enable SSL certificate in Pardot by how I should do?
Please share any solution for me?

Thank you.

Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
