Help can't get a certificate after waiting a week

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Welcome Back to the Let's Encrypt Community, Hal :slightly_smiling_face:

You have successfully acquired :five: certificates in the past week. You likely just need to install the last of those certificates, which should be stored on your NAS.

it's a long story but i deleted them. What do i do now? Can I down load them again? how?

You can download the certificates, but if you've deleted their private keys then the certificates won't be of any use. From my estimates you should be able to generate another certificate now that the rate limit has lifted.

Did it "fix itself"?
Or did you have to do anything to "fix it"?
Or did you just wait beyond the rate limit?

And I'm glad to hear that you can get a cert now
