I am trying to get certificates with certbot ACME Client for domain
and i recive message about "failed

It produced this output:

Your IP isn't blocked. Wait an hour for the "failed authorizations" rate limit to expire and try again, posting the error message you get then. In the meantime, you might try to figure out what the script directum_certbot is and why it failed to execute.
