Googles .app extension requires ssl to work yet certbot won't recognize because of no SSL

I ran this command: certbot

It produced this output:The Certificate Authority failed to verify the temporary Apache configuration changes made by Certbot.

The Certificate Authority is *C=US, ST=Arizona, L=Scottsdale, O="GoDaddy.com, Inc.", OU=Repository, CN=Go Daddy Secure Certificate Authority - G2 for the issued Certificates for those Domain Names.
