gnuTLS support would be nice!

Apache2 comes (on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS at least) with gnuTLS as default SSL engine.

Certbot right now only works with mod_ssl, which it will enable during the installation of the certificate.

While it is possible to stop mod_ssl, enable mod_gnutls and configure it from there, it would be nice if Certbot could either detect, or ask the question, which library is to be used, and configure the .conf file accordingly.

Thanks,
Hanry
