Hi,
Could anyone give some advice for this issue?

Let’s debug test results showing every thing ok with my domain.
Ports are ok.
domain is ok.

Command: gitlab-ctl reconfigure
Error:

There was an error running gitlab-ctl reconfigure:
letsencrypt_certificate[gitlab.whitebox.com.ar] (letsencrypt::http_authorization line 5) had an error: RuntimeError: acme_certificate[staging] (/opt/gitlab/embedded/cookbooks/cache/cookbooks/letsencrypt/resources/certificate.rb line 25) had an error: RuntimeError: ruby_block[create certificate for gitlab.whitebox.com.ar] (/opt/gitlab/embedded/cookbooks/cache/cookbooks/acme/resources/certificate.rb line 108) had an error: RuntimeError: [gitlab.whitebox.com.ar] Validation failed, unable to request certificate

Hi @whitebox

your domain answers, the basics are ok - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=gitlab.whitebox.com.ar

So only idea: Your (unknown) client is too old.

Check, if there is an update. Or switch to another client.

Hi Juergen,

Thanks for the info and your quickly answer. I'll try update ACME client.

Regards!,
