GitLab - There was an error running gitlab-ctl reconfigure

Hi,
Could anyone give some advice for this issue?

Let’s debug test results showing every thing ok with my domain.
Ports are ok.
domain is ok.

Command: gitlab-ctl reconfigure
Error:

There was an error running gitlab-ctl reconfigure:

So only idea: Your (unknown) client is too old.

Check, if there is an update. Or switch to another client.
