Getting expired Root certificate(Doctorian Durian Root CA X3) for staging

Leaf certificate issued by Issuer:CN = (STAGING) Artificial Apricot R3->Issuer:CN = (STAGING) Pretend Pear X1->Issuer:CN = (STAGING) Doctored Durian Root CA X3

Is there any place where we can find a valid (STAGING) Doctored Durian Root CA X3 certificate to install in our machine?

And what is the exact reason LetsEncrypt Staging is still not providing a valid root certificate for staging?
