Free Let's Encrypt

Hi
I need a free Let's Encrypt certificate PEM form, I can't renew it, it gives an error Return code: 400

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: belsport.by

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

You need to tell us more.

Also, you have a certificate expiring on May 25, but you're using the one expired on May 7th. crt.sh | belsport.by

I can see you're using nginx bu that tells me very little.

Thank you very much for your reply! I did not see that the certificate was working, I replaced it temporarily. But the problem still remains. I do not understand and do not know how to get the information you need to help me. Thank you for your time. I thought that you could send me what I can replace in PEM format. Thank you for your time, best regards

connecting by raw IP address makes it redirect to work.g-cloud.by , which looks like becloud.by runs it?
have no idea what tech stack they uses though: looks like IvaConnect is their panel and footer ways it's from PJSC IVA a Russian company: I don't think anyone here know about this panel at all

Yes this becloud.by our hosting. I understand, it is difficult to help when a person cannot provide complete information. I was helped with hosting, now this service is paid. Maybe I did not correctly apply for a certificate renewal, but it does not work, it is not possible to verify the authenticity of the domain
