Failed to obtain new certificate with error msg

Hi Installing Jitsi-Meet during the process of certificate installation, the cert installer posted the following msg:
I checked UFW to be sure all the ports are allowed, I also checked my NAT router and it is working, I tested Nginx server block and all two sites are up and have access. The conference server is in the the same server as the other two web server in one machine.
http-01 challenge for conference.vmeet.ca
Using the webroot path /usr/share/jitsi-meet for all unmatched domains.

Some challenges have failed.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

When I visit http://conference.vmeet.ca, I see the nginx default welcome page.

What I expected to see was the Jitsi Meet application.

According to https://jitsi.github.io/handbook/docs/devops-guide/devops-guide-quickstart#install-jitsi-meet-1, the jitsi-meet installer should automatically configure nginx with a virtual host, pointing to /usr/share/jitsi-meet. In your case, this doesn’t appear to have happened.

For you, I think the first thing to fix is to get the Jitsi Meet application to show up when you visit your domain.

Once that is working, the Let’s Encrypt bit should work as well.

Yes, I am trying to figure that out as now. will keep this post for someone else with the same issue.
