Failed to create order with no further information

letsencrypt-win-simple httpsacme-v01.api.letsencrypt.org running successfully until January 08.

Now I get errors. As I read the API 01 is going to be deprecated I just installed the new wacs.exe Letscrypt v2.1.14.996.

I imported the old certificate settings.
And now the renew still fails.

The details just show:

2: 03.03.2021 09:24:13 - Error - Unable to create order
3: 03.03.2021 09:31:09 - Error - Unable to create order
4: 03.03.2021 09:31:25 - Error - Unable to create order

Any idea? Any hint?

Windows Server 2012, Exchange, IIS
Domain exchange.grutzeck.de

No clue why. After the third retry it worked.

Changed nothing.
