IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • The following errors were reported by the server:

    Domain: dev.xxxxxx.com
    Type: connection
    Detail: Failed to connect to xx.xx.xx.xx:443 for TLS-SNI-01
    challenge

  • No cloudflare

  • 443 port is opened (it can be telned)

  • xx.xx.xx.xx is public and visible, same for dev.xxxxxx.com

  • DNS set correctly

Any clue ?

You odn’t need to obfuscate your domain or IP, we’ll see the domain as soon as the cert is issued due to cert transparaency, and we’ll be able to look up IP from there. But, to answer your question (or at least try to): could you please fill in the support form? Cheeers.
