Expiring certificate in 11 days...I want it to expire

I deleted the website listed below from my server. So I want the Let's Encrypt certificate to expire. Do I have to do anything?

At Cpanel when I view my SSL/TLS certificates on server I don't see one from the listed domain that I can delete. But I do see it listed here though: crt.sh | beta.wywytravel.com

My domain is:beta.wywytravel.com

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):Linux

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: InterServer

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): I don't know

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Cpanel

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

Nope, Let's Encrypt doesn't (and can't) know you don't want this certificate, so will always warn you if a cert is about to expire.

So you can ignore this warning if you don't want the cert renewed.
