Expired SSL Certificate

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: gilbanemotorsports.com and I manage the website using wordpress

I ran this command:? Trying to obtain a new SSL certificate b/c current one expired - the company that created our website is not responding to help obtain a new SSL certificate

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version): Apache

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): - not sure how to get this info

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Unified Layer

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): I don't know

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):?

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):?

Welcome @gilbanemotorsports

Are you also responsible for these domain names?

edge-health.cicadahosting.com
womens-healthspecialists.cicadahosting.com
www.edge-health.cicadahosting.com
www.womens-healthspecialists.cicadahosting.com

Because they are also on your most recently issued certificate (link here)

This is likely a problem better asked of your hosting provider. Your cert also has many names related your gilbanemotorsports.com that are setup in cPanel configurations. Your hosting provider set that up and should have instructions on its use.
