Expiration email notifications not working?

I think this is the appropriate forum. Apologies if it isn’t.

My certificate recently expired which I didn’t realize until I started getting warnings from all sorts of applications because of the expired certificate. Then I realized that I never received an email reminder about the upcoming expiration. I double checked my email and I never received one this time. I have in the past but not this time. Is something broken?

Might be related to Expiration warnings going out late, but @jsha said, it should be all fine, just late.

Sounds like that might have been the case. The timing seems to match up.
