I site gets slow from yesterday in chrome, edge, opera but fast in Firefox.
I checked below situations:

• change browser, firefox is fast, chrome and edge is slow
• renew ssl, does not affect
• web server, IIS is slow, nginx is fast (I did not changed WebServer, but sites hosted on NGINX is loaded fast (smartlab.ir), gitlab server is slow

• that's not a Letsencrypt relevant problem, your certificate works
• checking your domain with my browsers - no problem, not with FF, not with Chrome
• checking your domain via https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=panel.navand.com - there are some critical bugs

Your primary name server is farayan? That's not a valid domain name.
You have one mixed content img and https://trustseal.enamad.ir/logo.aspx?id=17028&p=ciNUG2oaVb5nCSY1 with an Internal Server Error (http status 500), and a http JavaScript. Plus some missing resources.
