I didn't have OL2016, but I tried it with OL2013 and it worked to Zimbra.

Resolved.

The problem was in the outlook profile. After deleting the profile and recreating it everything started working fine.
It is probably a bug in outlook 2016.

We learned a new thing about Microsoft :smiley:
