Error install certificate for certbot

Hello
when i tried to install let's encrypt certificate for zimbra, this is the error:

Certbot failed to authenticate some domains (authenticator: webroot). The Certificate Authority reported these problems:
Domain: email.studiosalvador.net
Type: connection
Detail: Fetching http://email.studiosalvador.net/.well-known/acme-challenge/N17ay4MpZRumN9mF4uNkboXu6WrjJKqhR2O9HjXYpAQ: Timeout during connect (likely firewall problem)

Hint: The Certificate Authority failed to download the temporary challenge files created by Certbot. Ensure that the listed domains serve their content from the provided --webroot-path/-w and that files created there can be downloaded from the internet.

I've disabled firewall.

Can you help me? I'm not expert.
Thanks

Your website needs to be accessible from the Internet before you can secure it. Let's Encrypt can't connect to it (and I can't either). You need to fix that problem first. You say you've disabled the firewall, so either there's some other firewall you're not aware of or you don't have your web server configured to listen on port 80 correctly.

Thanks so much.
It was my service provider's mistake. It did not enable port forwarding to the correct address.

The certificate has been installed but now Outlook 2016 shows me an error like "unable to verify identity of the server" when starting. What should I do to stop the message from appearing?

I use port 993 for inbound mail and port 465 for outbound mail (both ssl)
