Error renewing certificate

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: loogle.it

I ran this command: automatic renewal

It produced this output: [2024-05-26T19:48:34.677316+00:00] LEScript.ERROR: 400 { "type": "urn:ietf:params:acme:error:malformed", "detail": "Unable to update challenge :: authorization must be pending", "status": 400 }

My web server is (include version): poste.io

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Docker container

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): poste.io admin panel

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

“authorization must be pending” means that your client has ignored a previous error, and as such isn’t a terribly helpful message. Do you have more log messages from earlier in the renewal?

No, I only receive logs from the API in case of errors, and that one has been the first error communicated since April 29th.
