I have received the following email several days in a row now. Any idea what is going on?

looks like an internal problem of your system.

Searching publicsuffixcache.dat via Google there are three results, one is this thread.

Is there an open Visual Studio which creates and blocks temporary files?

It succeeded this morning. I suspect it was an issue of account passwords being stale. BTW, no VS on that machine.
