Error issuing certificate

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: propertuu.com

I ran this command: issue certificate

It produced this output: * Error issuing certificate

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The domain has a DS record, meaning it supports DNSSEC, but the zone on the nameservers isn’t actually using DNSSEC. DNS resolvers that validate DNSSEC, such as those used by Let’s Encrypt, can’t resolve the domain.

propertuu.com. 86389 IN DS 12849 7 2 F89E6290A33F9ED8445F0C284D4C7DB511948007B5A6E5B87DA6DDE0 BC4FF3AF

You need to fix the DNSSEC setup on the nameservers, or remove the DS record at your registrar.
