Error getting validation data

Hello,
I have a problem with the creation of my certificate, see error above.
I specify that my domain name maison.bebelcyl.fr redirects to my server in http.

Do you see where it can come from?

My domain is: maison.bebelcyl.fr

I ran this command: certbt --apache

It produced this output:

root@jeedom:/home/jeedom# certbot --apache

To fix these errors, please make sure that your domain name was
entered correctly and the DNS A/AAAA record(s) for that domain
contain(s) the right IP address. Additionally, please check that
your computer has a publicly routable IP address and that no
firewalls are preventing the server from communicating with the
client. If you're using the webroot plugin, you should also verify
that you are serving files from the webroot path you provided.

My web server is (include version): Apache

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):debian10

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: ionos

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): yes

Hi @misterbebel and welcome to the LE community forum

I see the name resolves to IPv4 and IPv6 addresses:

Name: maison.bebelcyl.fr
Addresses: 2a01:e0a:365:db00:a8ed:7571:9f1e:57da
           82.64.176.133

LE will prefer IPv6 over IPv4 (when present).

But when checking them, both fail:

curl -Ii6 http://maison.bebelcyl.fr/
curl: (56) Recv failure: Connection reset by peer

curl -Ii4 http://maison.bebelcyl.fr/
curl: (56) Recv failure: Connection reset by peer

You will need a functional HTTP site before being able to secure it (via HTTP authentication).

Hello,
Sorry you logged in while I reinstalled a clean image.
The site is well accessible in http (port 80 and 443) but I cannot install the certificate.

Your account credentials have been saved in your Certbot
configuration directory at /etc/letsencrypt. You should make a
secure backup of this folder now. This configuration directory will
also contain certificates and private keys obtained by Certbot so
making regular backups of this folder is ideal.
