Error creating new authz.Policy forbids issuing for name

Hello!
Certificate for domain name *.crb-dnr.ru was revoked. It looks like this name was blacklisted.
@cpu, please help to understand the reason why it happened? I cannot generate new cert because i’ll get message ‘Error creating new authz. Policy forbids issuing for name’

We received a report regarding the domain. It was determined that the organization(s) behind it was on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals (SDNs). Per U.S. law we cannot provide services to anyone on the SDN list.

Specifically, the domain was determined to be associated with one or both of the following organizations:

Luhansk People’s Republic
