I have a customer trying to obtain a Let’s Encrypt cert for the following host-mapped domain, jetadvantagesupport.ext.hp.com and I see the following error - Error: Error creating new authz :: Policy forbids issuing for name

Can someone provide me some guidance? Thanks!

Does that customer work for HP?

The ability to request certificates from Let’s Encrypt for HP domains is restricted by default, but people who need to do this can contact https://letsencrypt.org/contact/#security to confirm that they should be able to issue these certificates.
