Error creating new account 429

Good day. I create a certificate on the SSL FOR FREE website, for the rpz.ru domain. I have an error when creating a wildcard. Help me please. How can I get Wilcard? Or have previous employees tried to register and already have an account?

https://www.sslforfree.com/create?domains=rpz.ru+*.rpz.ru

Account registration Failed. Please try again in hours. There is a limit of 10 registrations per IP 3 hours:
Error creating new account:: too many registrations for this ip.

Hi @Andrew77

checking your domain there is no new certificate ( https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=rpz.ru#ct-logs ):

Issuer not before not after Domain names LE-Duplicate next LE
Let's Encrypt Authority X3 2019-07-16 2019-10-14 atcast.rpz.ru - 1 entries
Let's Encrypt Authority X3 2019-06-28 2019-09-26 ecm.rpz.ru - 1 entries
Let's Encrypt Authority X3 2019-06-28 2019-09-26 autodiscover.corp.rpz.ru, corp.rpz.ru - 2 entries
Let's Encrypt Authority X3 2019-06-28 2019-09-26 ecm.rpz.ru - 1 entries

So it's not a Letsencrypt limit you have hitted.

Looks like a special Sslforfree - limit. Or a bug of that system.

And there is no TXT entry visible.

Compare it with my own domain:

If you want to create a certificate with a wildcard and with the main domain, you need two entries (not only one) with the same domain name and different TXT entries.

Additional: There is another topic - same problem - Rate limit error

And there is a Letsencrypt rate limit:

You can create a maximum of 10 Accounts per IP Address per 3 hours. You can create a maximum of 500 Accounts per IP Range within an IPv6 /48 per 3 hours. Hitting either account rate limit is very rare, and we recommend that large integrators prefer a design using one account for many customers.

So if Sslforfree creates a new account per user, this limit is hitted.

But that's only a problem of that tool, not a general Letsencrypt limit.

Select your own client.
