Hi Rudy,

Thanks for your reply.

When I did nsloopup id receive the correct ip address 18.220.94.34 Which i received using Amazon lightsail.

Now I am getting new error:

You help will be highly appreciated.

The output for nsloopup

As @rg305 was pointing out, www.studentwork.co is different from studentwork.co. You need both, not just one.

Hi Seth,

I want for both www.studentwork.co and studentwork.co

Thanks
Amit

Then global DNS needs to resolve both names to that IP:
now:

Name: studentwork.co
Address: 18.220.94.34

Name: www.studentwork.co
Address: NXDOMAIN

I am new to this. Can you guide me where and what i need to change?
I will really appreciate that.
Thanks

Somewhere in the Amazon control panels, you set “studentwork.co” = 18.220.94.34.
You need to also add “www.studentwork.co” = 18.220.94.34
