Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

You renew your cert in a similar way to how you got it initially. You first got a cert for that name in Nov 2021 - see here

Did your Netbeat hosting provider do this for you? I see their Level 3 service includes an SSL certificate. Many hosting services get Let's Encrypt certs on behalf of their customers. If so, they should also renew it for you. You may have to ask them.

If your hosting service did not do that then do you remember if you used some program or command to create it? It would help to know what that was. Let us know any more details especially after checking with Netbeat. Thanks

Thank you so far!
The person who did it is no longer here.
It is a level 1 service with no SSL certificate.
Netbeat does not help me with that.
And so I do not know how it was created.

Can you show the results of these two commands:

sudo apachectl -v
sudo apachectl -S

(first is lower case v, second is capital S)

Please put three backticks before and after the output so it formats nice. Like:
```
output
```

Where / how enter these commands?

In the shell of whatever machine is running your webserver, if you have access to it.

(I don't think you do have access to the shell, though. I can't read German but that looks like a shared hosting. What are their instructions on third party certificates and Let's Encrypt specifically? You might need to switch to one with better support, or be nasty and use cloudflare and their origin certificates.)
