@idesign-solutions

Do you work with karan, or is your issue separate?

Does Plesk provide the actual error message from Let’s Encrypt, which would say which rate limit has been exceeded?

This is the error i get.

You already have a lot of valid certificates -- why do you need more?

If you're having a problem with Plesk, you probably need to ask Plesk support about it.

Yes i need more. but i do have a problem in plesk ):

How can reduce this to 1 or two?

thank you for your help!:slight_smile:

FYI, I’ve moved these posts to a new thread, since it seems like a separate issue from what karan was asking about.

Oke, where can I find those? thx.

Is there way to select from existing ssl or last used what does work?

I don’t think anyone on this forum is familiar enough with Plesk to answer that question, unfortunately!

thank you! i found the answer on plesk platform.

i do have to wait 7 days and try again.
