I'm just wondering if there is a way to contact LE about increasing our duplicate certificate limit, or if we can have our "timer" reset. Our IT team is attempting to acquire certificates for a web server we just set up, and they have someone working on it who is not super familiar with SSL certs, and he reached the request limit (he didn't know about the staging environment). We can obviously just wait 2 days and try again, but it would be great if we could continue this project sooner than that.
