I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):I don’t know

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):no

I refered to “https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/ssl/how-to-install-free-ssl-from-lets-encypt-on-shared-hosting#what-youll-need” to install Lets Encrypt SSL.

I was trying to do ‘Step2-Number 4’ but it shows below message.
Warning : copy(heeps://getcomposer.org/installer) : failed to open stream : no suitable wrapper could be found in Command line code on line 1

What should I do?

I’m not using hostinger.com it’s Korean hosting company and not helping this problem.

Maybe you can try Certbot instead:

There are also lots of other choices

However, it would be helpful to know if you have root access or not. Maybe you can try running

sudo id

to check that.
