Hi @QratorLabs,

Thank you for your interest in donating to Let's Encrypt!

In which country were these cards issued? Did the donation form correctly allow you to enter your complete country and postal address together with the card number?

Could you easily ask the issuing bank whether it has a record of having declined the charges?

Qrator Labs (if OP has any actual connection with it) is a Russian-based ddos mitigation company. I suspect a Russian issued card is involved and as such it won't work for international transfers. Edit: Suspicion did not play out!

Cards I use were issued in Lithuania and Czech Republic.
There are no fields to enter coutry and postal address
Only this is available

Could you please advise if there is any other link for donation?

Hi @Nekit

Our HQ is based in Czech Republic with offices in Cyprus and Dubai so there shouldn't be any problems related to this.

Hi @QratorLabs - Dan here from ISRG. I would suggest using PayPal as a checkout option.

Thank you for your donation in support of our nonprofit mission!

@QratorLabs, wouldn't PayPal accept your credit card?

i.e. Use CC to pay PayPal.
Then PayPal credits LE account.

Not everybody is comfortable with PayPal. I for one have canceled all my accounts with them.
