Does the Let's Encrypt Client has too run 24/7

does the client has to be up and running all the time or can i uninstall it after i got the certificate?

The client only needs to be run once every three months. First to generate the certificates, then to renew them.

Since you will need it in a fairly short time, I would advise against uninstalling it. If the official client is not to your taste, there are many alternatives.
