Do Let's Encrypt SSLs work for .co.uk addresses?

Just curious if these work for international sites (such as .co.uk) or just domestic/U.S. sites?

Dumb question, but… don’t want to go through the work of creating one if we can’t use it.

Yup. You can use it for any Registered Domain (barring some high-risk or sanctioned domains). Any domain that ends with an extension present on this list will work.
