DNS problem: query timed out looking up A

Hi community,

I've always use this website to generate Let's Encrypt certificates: https://gethttpsforfree.com/

Everything works fine, however, recently I started to get this error in step 4 (Verify Ownership):

DNS problem: query timed out looking up A for alumayab.com

This happen with every domain I have in this particular web hosting provider. I talked to them and records A of every domain seem to be working just fine: Network Tools: DNS,IP,Email

Last week I got this error for few days, suddenly I tried on sunday and it worked.

Could it be some problem with my domain records? Is my web hosting provider blocking Let's Encrypt somehow?
