DNS problem NXDOMAIN

My domain is:
www.crazztor.com
I ran this command:
certbot --nginx
It produced this output:

Did you spell that name correctly ("crazztor.com")?
[Is it "crazytor.com"?]

yup it's spelled correctly crazztor -Crazy + transistor- you can check the domain up "crazztor.com"

sooo sorry my bad , had to add the wild card in my subdomain then for the www.mail my host doesn't support sub.sub.example.com so I did it manually and it worked !

I did it
it was host issue dosen't support sub.sub.domain
I had to do it manually
and I had to use the wild card
