DNS-01 Stuck with "not yet propagated" - DNS record is publicly available

My domain is: delta.p10y.ntnxdpro.com

Using cert-manager v 1.17.2

Other subdomains work fine but this seems an issue - it's the first record in this subdomain ?

It appears that the record was not propagated to ns3.ntnxdpro.com, it might not have been an issue for other subdomains as ns3.ntnxdpro.com doesn't appear in the glue records for ntnxdpro.com and unbound (the DNS resolver used by Let's Encrypt) only updates its list of nameservers after querying a few domains.
