Create SSL certificate ServerName.domain.local

Hi
i have to create a cetificate with SAN names
i don't know how to do that with this system , i did it in the past for website under IIS to Have a CSR file.
Could you please let me know how to do it

i have to create an exportable certificate (with private key to install is on 4 servers) with the following dns (all in the local domain)
SRVSRV01A
SRVSRV02A
SRVVMS01A
SRVVMS02A
SRVSRV01A.revatech.siemens.local
SRVSRV02A.revatech.siemens.local
SRVVMS01A.revatech.siemens.local
SRVVMS02A.revatech.siemens.local

that's not possible using Letsencrypt.

Public visible, worldwide unique domain names are required if you want to create a public trusted Letsencrypt certificate. .local isn't a public suffix, SRVVMS02A.revatech.siemens.local isn't worldwide unique, you don't own that domain.
