Couldn't issue certificate; may be blacklisted

I try to issue certificate on my site on Azure; I wasn’t logged in with root so process was cancelled in middle.

When I retry it don’t issue me certificate.

My domain is www.progressive-web-apps.cloudapp.net

Error I am getting is :

An unexpected error occurred:
The request message was malformed :: Error creating new authz :: Policy forbids issuing for name
Please see the logfiles in /var/log/letsencrypt for more details.

see Error creating new authz :: Name is blacklisted you will probably need to get your own domain name, then point to your cloudapp site.
