Collision/conflict with domain that has a 3rd party cert

Hi, just to verify.
If I have a domain mydomain.com that has a wild card cert from a 3rd party CA, can I use your service to get a cert for this subdomain only sub.mydomain.com without any tech or policy conflicts?
