Check certificate lifetime per le account?

Is there a simple way to get an overview of all certs issue per account together with domain/subdomain and remaining lifetime?

I know about https://crt.sh/ but here I would have to iterate through all domains and subdomains.

At the moment, no, there's no way for you to enumerate what certificates an ACME account has issued, and there probably won't be for a long time.

Some clients like Certbot can show you what certificates they are managing and their respective lifetime:
