My domain is:
adint.net

I ran this command:
/root/certbot-auto certonly --webroot -w /usr/local/apache/htdocs -d www.adint.net -d adint.net --agree-tos --dry-run

It produced this output:
Saving debug log to /var/log/letsencrypt/letsencrypt.log

IMPORTANT NOTES:

My web server is (include version):
Apache/2.4.33

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
CentOS release 6.10

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:
GoDaddy

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):
yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
no

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot):
certbot 0.35.1

Are you sure that’s the correct web root?

What directory is the “hello from adint.net” index.html file in?

Is it the correct server?

By the way, there’s an issue with the domain’s DNS:

The NS records set at the registrar are ns.adint.net and ns1.adint.net, which work.

But the authoritative NS records in the zone are ns1.secureserver.net and ns2.secureserver.net, which return REFUSED for the zone.

Thanks… you’re right. The webroot has changed. That was the main issue, I was able to generate the certificate.

I’ll try to clean everything else up as well.
