Certsage will not accept my password

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: nuclix.net

I ran this command: certsage.php

It produced this output:Trouble! Could not find password.

My web server is (include version):Apache?

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):Linux

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:namecheap.com

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):cpanel

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

Certsage will not accept my password. I assume it wants my namecheap password. I have tried my password to namecheap, namecheap control panel, my application on namecheap. I have tried old passwords. Nothing seems to work.

That is not correct. See the docs:

Specifically:

Enter your password into the Password box from your password.txt file found in your CertSage data directory, which is located in the parent directory of the directory where you uploaded certsage.php.

Thank you. That seemed to work. I should have RTFM before assuming.
