Certificates renewed but users still being blocked

I'm hosted by lightsail, I went through their steps to renew the certificates but some users are still blocked.

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

I would recommend looking into those tutorials and if they work for you, forget about the tutorial you just posted.

I already went through those steps.

I've now manually gone into my wp-config.php file to change http to https and that removed the warning on my wordpress dashboard.

..actually it might be okay now
