I'm hosted by lightsail, I went through their steps to renew the certificates but some users are still blocked.
Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
My domain is:

I have a wordpress website hosted by lightsail. The url shows https but wordpress dashboard says 'Your website does not use https".

And what tutorial might that be?
I've seen that tutorial here on the Community earlier today or yesterday and it's terrible. No words for it.
Luckily a fellow volunteer suggested way better tutorials here:
I would recommend looking into those tutorials and if they work for you, forget about the tutorial you just posted.
I already went through those steps.
I've now manually gone into my wp-config.php file to change http to https and that removed the warning on my wordpress dashboard.
..actually it might be okay now
