I forgot to write my csr when i apply the SSL

and i do it again i got the error like

Certificate signature failed. Certificates per Domain is currently 5 per 7 days. If there is a rate limiting error at the end of this paragraph. Can you use the certificate you have already obtained ? https://crt.sh/?id=46696805

were you using certbot ? have you got the existing certs in /etc/letsencrypt ?
