Hello,
I have been successfully issuing and renewing certificates for my domains mail.posever.ru and mail2.posever.ru for the past couple of years without any issues. However, I am now experiencing a problem when trying to issue a new certificate. Certbot fails immediately at the new-order step with the following error:
urn:ietf:params:acme:error:rejectedIdentifier
Detail: Cannot issue for "mail.posever.ru": The ACME server refuses to issue a certificate for this domain name, because it is forbidden by policy
The domains mail.posever.ru and mail2.posever.ru are used for a legitimate mail server operated by JOINT STOCK COMPANY PRODUCTION ASSOCIATION SEVER. No spam, phishing, or abusive activity is conducted from this infrastructure.
Could the Let's Encrypt team please confirm or clarify whether this rejection is due to sanctions-related policy?
Best regards.
