Certificate Renewal Issue

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:

I ran this command: certbot renew

It produced this output:
aiting for verification...
Challenge failed for domain xyz.com
http-01 challenge for xyz.com
Cleaning up challenges
Some challenges have failed.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • The following errors were reported by the server:

    Domain: xyz.com
    Type: unauthorized
    Detail: XX.XX.XX.XX: Invalid response from
    https://xyz.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/NIRihEnLkoTacUsoOOvxqE5XQFV58X3ThQyltlvOnQ4:
    404

To fix these errors, please make sure that your domain name was
entered correctly and the DNS A/AAAA record(s) for that domain
    contain(s) the right IP address.
My web server is (include version):
    Apache/2.4.58
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
    Cent os 7
My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):Yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):certbot 1.11.0

Well, you should check your IP address because that domain is being handled by an nginx server. Have you changed your IP recently?

And, what relation does gen.xyz have to your xyz.com domain?

curl -i http://xyz.com
HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently
Server: nginx/1.15.12

X-Powered-By: PHP/5.5.9-1ubuntu4.29
Location: https://gen.xyz/

If xyz.com is not your domain, please provide your real domain and do not use other people's domains as examples.
