I'm getting this error when I am trying to install Let's Encrypt:
Failed to install Let's Encrypt for redrockroofing.com.

No domains can be authorized

My domain is: www.redrockroofing.com

The cert was working it. It didn't renew. I then deleted and it tried to reinstall. No go. Would greatly value help. Thank you!

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Linux

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Siteground

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): don't know

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): No - Siteground has a custom system

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

Let me check some things. Back in a few minutes...

Your certificate history looks pretty consistent.

However, your server thinks it's a teapot. :teapot:

<title>Country Blocked</title>

This suggests some kind of geoblocking present.

Although I'm curious which country is NOT blocked. I think LetsDebug operates from the US and I'm blocked here in Europe too.. Weird..

Even weirder: why would a "block page" respond with a HTTP status code from an Aprils fools RFC?

What did you delete?
The cert?
The ACME client?
The web site?

And what were the commands used [to delete and to reinstall]?

I deleted the SSL cert in Siteground and then tried to reinstall - same error.

A default (example.com) cert from SiteGround is being served for sure.

I removed all country blocks from the site.

I'm still getting a "Country Blocked | Access to this page is forbidden." error here?

Might take a few to propagate, @Osiris? :man_shrugging:

Might be, I dunno. The site is hosted on Google Cloud servers from the looks of it (IP address).. I don't know if those settings need to propogate to all the data centers around the world :man_shrugging:t2:

We try. :slightly_smiling_face: We are goofy sometimes. Your server gave us a laugh today in a good way.

We'll try to get you back on course.

Siteground is giving it a go. Looks like it may be an issue with the blocking we have on the site. More soon.

I so so appreciate all of the help today! In gratitude!

You can also verify if your site is still blocking geographically (it is) using a tool such as https://www.geopeeker.com
