I configure Google App Engine to work with Letsencrypt. It works properly when accessed via Desktop. But it throws “untrusted site” warning on mobile browser.
Sounds like your not sending the correct intermediate cert, check it with this or a similar service. The only reason for your desktop browser accepting it is that it cached the intermediate from a previously visited site that was correctly configured.
